ICF is mandatory for all passengers traveling to and from Suriname, including children & - Infants.
The ICF form can be completed starting from 72 hours prior to arrival in Suriname

Once the form is completed, the system will create an QR code which you can make a screen shot of, Please save the screen shot or a print out, for presentation to Immigration and Customs, upon arrival.
