6. Use of Traveler’s Picture
Why do we require your picture?
At airports/border control worldwide, travelers are generally required to have their photo taken at immigration for identity verification and security purposes. This selfie ensures that the individual arriving matches the person in the travel documentation.
With the Immigration and Customs Form (ICF), the same technology is used in advanced. ICF allows you to faster streamline the arrival process and reducing wait times By submitting the picture-scan in advance, you do not need to make a new picture scan at the immigration.
The traveler’s picture provided online through the ICF is used for:
- Verification: This advance photo submission eliminates the need for live photo capture upon arrival, expediting the immigration process.
- Identity Confirmation: The photo helps ensure a smooth and accurate identification at immigration and security checks.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Do we use cookies?
We use cookies only to ensure the smooth functionality of the ICF website. No personal information is collected or tracked beyond session data needed for secure form submission.
8. Updates to Privacy Policy
Will this policy change?
This privacy policy may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to users directly through the ICF platform. Continued use of the ICF following such updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
