Do I need to include yellow fever vaccination information when filling out my ICF for travel to Suriname?

You only need to provide yellow fever vaccination information in your ICF if you are arriving from, or transiting through, a country where yellow fever is present. Travelers from non-affected countries, such as the Netherlands, are not required to provide this information, although vaccination is recommended as a precaution.
